The challenge
ProArcu designs and builds quality housing in Antioquia, shaped by the local climate and land. It needed a site to sell its first project, Primity in Sopetrán, and to explain clearly how it builds, without overpromising.
It also had to serve different audiences: buyers, investors, real estate agencies and partners.
The solution
We designed and built a Next.js site, in Spanish and English, with the featured project and its sales sheet, sections on bioclimatic construction and a blog that answers buying questions.
The contact form asks for the project of interest and the visitor's profile, so every request reaches the right advisor.
What we did
- 01
Project sheets
Each project with its areas, bedrooms and price, starting with Primity in Sopetrán.
- 02
Bioclimatic content
Sections that explain how they build: cross ventilation, natural light and the NSR‑10 code.
- 03
Segmented form
The contact form tells buyers, investors, agencies and partners apart.
- 04
Partners and referrals
A partners section and a referral program for agencies and advisors.
- 05
Bilingual blog
Articles on bioclimatic design and buying guides, in Spanish and English.
